化學(xué)發(fā)光免疫分析（chemiluminesecence immunoassay，CLIA）是用于疫病檢測的一種免疫檢測技術(shù)，是基于免疫反應(yīng)原理，結(jié)合化學(xué)發(fā)光檢測技術(shù)而建立的。與放射免疫分析、酶免疫分析等標(biāo)記免疫技術(shù)相比，具有無放射性污染、靈敏度高和特異性強(qiáng)的特點(diǎn)，已被廣泛應(yīng)用于疫病流行病學(xué)調(diào)查、診斷、藥物分析以及微生物檢測等方面。本文簡要介紹了CLIA技術(shù)的基本原理及發(fā)展，從細(xì)菌、病毒和寄生蟲檢測方面，綜述了近年來該技術(shù)在動(dòng)物疫病檢測中的應(yīng)用，提出該技術(shù)正向高特異性、高靈敏度、高通量、快速和自動(dòng)化檢測的方向發(fā)展，這為今后CLIA在動(dòng)物疫病檢測中的應(yīng)用研究提供參考。
Application of Chemiluminescence Immunoassay in Detection of Animal Diseases
As a kind of immunological technology for detection of animal diseases，chemiluminescence immunoassay（CLIA）is developed in combination with chemiluminescence detection technology based on the principle of immune response，which is characterized by high sensitivity and good specificity with no radioactive pollution compared to the immunolabelling technology such as radioimmunoassay（RIA）and enzyme immunoassay（EIA），and has been widely used for epidemiological investigation and diagnosis of animal diseases as well as drug analysis and microbial detection. In this paper，the basic principle and development of CLIA technology were introduced，and its application in animal disease detection in recent years was summarized from the aspects of bacteria，virus and parasite detection. It was shown that chemiluminescence immunoassay was turning to be a rapid and automatic detection technology with high specificity，high sensitivity and high throughput. This study would provide some reference for application of CLIA in animal disease detection in the future.
