非洲豬瘟病毒已在我國定殖并形成較大污染面，國內(nèi)樣品中發(fā)現(xiàn)基因I型非洲豬瘟病毒，提示當(dāng)前臨床中實(shí)際流行的病毒種群更加復(fù)雜?；騃型毒株從1957年傳入葡萄牙后，研究人員就開始對(duì)其進(jìn)行研究。多年來，國外對(duì)基因I型毒株的流行分布情況特別是弱毒疫苗進(jìn)行了大量研究，但國內(nèi)目前尚無這方面的分析討論。為此，作者就基因I型非洲豬瘟病毒流行與疫苗研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行綜述，以期為我國非洲豬瘟的科學(xué)防控提供參考。
Global Epidemic and Vaccine Research Status of African Swine Fever Virus Genotype I Strain
The African swine fever virus has been introduced into China and contaminated certain areas. Genotype I strains have been found in domestic pig samples，suggesting that the virus populations actually circulating in clinical samples are more complicated. Research on genotype I strains began after it was introduced to Portugal in 1957. After years of research accumulation，a large number of studies on the prevalence and distribution of genotype I strain，especially the development of live-attenuated vaccines based on genotype I strains，have been largely documented and developed in foreign countries，but there is no description in this regard in China. Therefore，the author reviewed the current status of the African swine fever virus genotype I strains and vaccine research developement，hoping to provide a reference for the scientific prevention and control of African swine fever in China.
